The easiest bouquet is a monochromatic arrangement using one flower type. Tulips are a great choice for this type of arrangement and can be purchased rather inexpensively. To make this large bouquet, I bought 60 tulips from the grocery store for a whopping $36.
The trick to this arrangement is to first lay all the flowers together in pyramid form on a table, making sure all the blooms are even across the top. Then trim the stems so they are even across the bottom. This simple ruby red arrangment and a few coordinating accessories makes my rather neutral living room come alive (and smell totally delicious).
